Wow I need to update this thing time to time. So for the first thing i have Graduated school at December of 2009. I am happy and proud of my achievement. Second I have landed a sweet job being a Shift Supervisor at Sweet Lucy's Smokehouse in Philly. It's so much fun being the Manager. Well first time writing a journal!! Well here  it goes.... I am off from school and able to work some of the projects that I want to work on. (Argh I hate school projects)Well as the title says I'll be making a few cakes these next two weeks. I want to try to build my cake portfolio and see if i can get any bites for a commission. I will be making five cakes before my end my fall vacation. The first one and i am extremely excited about is making the buster sword cake!
